Zoho Planner is one of those Web tools I just haven't been able to get my head around. I tried it for a while (a couple of years ago) but it seemed to be more trouble than it was worth. I use an old fashioned system to keep track of things - a digital version of my ancient pen and paper technique developed decades ago.

But now I'm wondering. I keep reading rave reviews of Planner and wonder what I'm missing. One feature that I never used was the integration between Planner and e-mail. Planner can send you automatic e-mail reminders of scheduled events. I also never really understood their reminder system either. Of course, there is no help doc, nor any kind of "how to use".

The e-mail integration is intriguing, so I'm giving it another try. I'm sure I will be providing a Planner review in the near future.
